Gifts for People With Anxiety
This is neurospicy nonsense reporting to you with another neurospicy gift guide for 2024: gifts for people with anxiety. I went into this holiday season with the intention of putting out four gift guides this year. Quickly I realized that I had failed to consider how hard it would be to do without getting super repetitive. If I start sounding goofy in this post, you’ll know why and I’m sorry ahead of time.
That said, I’m very excited to bring you this list of over 35 ideas of different gifts for people with anxiety. I actually wanted to make an anxiety gift guide last year but failed to manage my time properly. I’m starting this post on December 10th this year so here’s to self-improvement, baby! This list is a tad shorter than the ADHD gift ideas and gifts for autistic adults. Because as I said, we’re working on time management and realistic expectations over here. Even with the shorter length, I hope you find the perfect gift for someone with anxiety that you’re looking for. Read on for my curated list of anxiety gift ideas.

A Fidget Ring So Pretty, No One Will Even Notice It’s to Help Anxiety
This spinning crystal bar ring is a stunner of a fidget ring. I love its minimalist style and unique bar setting. Honestly, I would like the ring on its own even if it didn’t spin so the fact it does is a huge plus. Each minimalist spinner ring is made to order and plated in 18K gold, 18K rose gold, or sterling silver. It’s finished with an additional protective coating so you can fidget away without chipping away at the plated coatings. The seller designed the ring out of their own desire for a sleek and stylish fidget ring. They certainly understood the need and delivered with this pretty fidget ring.

There are three color options: gold, rose gold, and silver. For length, you can choose between 14, 16, 18, 20 or 22-inch fidget necklaces. I also love that you can choose between different fonts and styles. This makes it even more unique to the person it’s made for. The seller is open to other custom styles as well. If you don’t love the options featured, simply send them a message and they’re happy to help.
A Crystal Bracelet to Help With Anxiety
This anti-anxiety bracelet is really pretty, even if the crystal spinner necklaces didn’t convert you into a crystal girly. While not specially designed as a fidget bracelet, you can definitely still fidget away with the crystals on this bracelet. However, the crystals are specifically chosen for their healing powers, so it’s likely to go over better with an anxiety-having crystal lover in your life. This crystal anxiety bracelet consists of amethyst for calmness, rose quartz for comfort, and moonstone for stress. This crystal bracelet comes in two adjustable sizes. For the chain, you can choose between 925 sterling silver or 14K gold fill. The seller is also willing to customize the crystals in the bracelet. Feel free to reach out to them if you’d like to customize your order.
Fidget Gift Ideas for People with Anxiety
This wouldn’t be a list of gifts for people with anxiety without a fidgets section now, would it? Fidget toys and gadgets aren’t just for people with autism or ADHD. Fidget toys can help people with anxiety also. They can help with grounding exercises or to get some nervous energy out in a subtle way. For those reasons, here are my favorite fidgets to help with anxiety.
Spinning Gel Pens That Won’t Spin Your Coworkers Into a Tizzy
Pens were the fidget toys before fidget toys existed. That’s why I love that recently there have been multiple pens and pencils designed with that fidgeting in mind. These fidget spinning pens are a result of one of those designs. Each fidget pen has a textured spinner at the end. The textured dots can be used for grounding exercises and the spinner serves multiple purposes as well. It’s great for fidgeting away nervous energy and because of its precision bearing system, spinning it results in a low, calming hum. The hum is quiet so it won’t annoy everyone around you either. Also, gel pens are the only way to go in my opinion so the soft, fast-drying gel in these pens makes these fidget pens an even better choice.
Schylling’s Nice Cube Translucent NeeDohs
Schylling’s Nice Cube Translucent NeeDohs are a new type of fidget toy that can help with anxiety and focus. Their translucent color gives them the look of ice cubes yet they can be squished and squeezed. When you squeeze the NeeDohs slowly, they are soft and squishy. Squeeze fast and they’ll feel firm in your hand, providing multiple types of sensory feedback. They are made of safe, durable material so no matter how much squishing you do, they’ll always return to their original shape.
Fight Anxiety With Frog Friends
Sometimes a little bit of dopamine from something cute can be exactly what you need to shift your focus during an anxiety attack. Cue these adorable frog worry stones to the rescue! They are made of soft porcelain with a thumb-sized indent on the back for fidgeting. These frog worry stones have a flat base so they can be stacked into an adorable tower of frog friends. Don’t worry frog lovers, they also have cute little rainfrog cheeks in the back. You can choose between one frog worry stone or a whole stack of them. There’s also an option to include the cute little leaf dish as well. The frog worry stones come in five different colors but the seller is open to custom colors as well.
Calm Down With a Calma Llama
This cute Calma Llama is a great gift for people with anxiety. Not only is it cute, but it’s also satisfyingly squishy enough to help keep all that stress and anxiety at bay. Calma Llama is a quiet stress relief toy so you can squeeze away without driving your coworkers insane. It’s made of soft and durable silicone so this little llama is BPA-free, too. Calma Llama is great for stocking stuffers or office gift exchanges so hurry up and get squeezing shopping!
Books That Help With Anxiety
I’m a pretty avid reader so I’m always going to look for a way to include books. No gift guides are safe from my neurodivergent book recommendations, sorry. Below are a few suggestions for books and journals that can help manage anxiety and understand it better. Admittedly, I don’t read about anxiety as much as I should so I didn’t want to limit this list to just books I’ve read personally. To find books that are truly helpful, I looked through lists of anxiety book recommendations and read so many reviews to find the best books to give as gifts for people with anxiety.
Unwinding Anxiety
Unwinding Anxiety was written by Dr. Judson Brewer to help people reframe how they see anxiety. Dr. Brewer looks a lot at addiction and the anxieties connected to addictive behavior. Many of us cope with anxiety by procrastinating, doom scrolling, stress eating, drinking, or using social media, all of which are addictive behaviors that further fuel our anxieties. In Unwinding Anxiety, Dr. Brewer offers accessible small hacks and brain-based techniques to better cope with anxiety and break these cycles.
Unwinding Anxiety does have some mixed reviews because of its focus on addiction but I think it’s worth including in this list for the different framework it provides. I also love that there is an Unwinding Anxiety card deck you can get as well. The Unwinding Anxiety card deck includes 60 cards with different research-based practices to help you identify and work through anxiety triggers, habits, and responses. Essentially, the card deck allows you to carry around takeaways from the book that you can easily refer to when you need them most, which is what earned both of them a place on this list of gifts for people with anxiety.
Don’t Believe Everything You Think
Don’t Believe Everything You Think is one of the top-selling books about anxiety on Amazon, where it has 4.6 stars out of 13.6K reviews. The author, Joseph Nguyen, focuses on the impact of negative thinking on shaping our reality. I highly recommend getting the expanded edition of Don’t Believe Everything You Think as it addresses reader questions and feedback from the previous version. From the reviews I read, the previous version is why Don’t Believe Everything You Think only has 3.8 stars on GoodReads and the book has been greatly improved in the new edition. It is a short but insightful read to help break out of negative thinking and let go of anxiety.
Retrain Your Brain: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in 7 Weeks Workbook
Retrain Your Brain: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in 7 Weeks is a workbook for managing anxiety and depression. Research has found that one of the most effective treatments for anxiety relief is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, or CBT. However, therapy is expensive and not everyone has access to a qualified CBT therapist. To make it more accessible, Psychologist Dr. Seth Gillihan put together Retrain Your Brain: CBT in 7 Weeks. This CBT workbook will help you identify negative thought patterns and behaviors through weekly activities. Each activity builds on the previous week to help you implement the techniques in your daily life. This CBT workbook is also great because it is helpful for people who suffer from constant anxiety as well as sporadic anxiety, compared to other anxiety workbooks that tend to be one or the other.
Essential Art Therapy Exercises
If you like the idea of gifting someone with anxiety a book that may help them manage it but less so the idea of giving them a self-help book full of jargon, this book of essential art therapy exercises may be exactly what you’re looking for. It includes 75 art therapy exercises to manage anxiety, PTSD, and depression. This art therapy book is not just an activity book; it explains each activity’s purpose and possible outcomes followed by post-activity questions. I also love that each of the art therapy exercises in this book includes a supply list and tips for how to set up your space for your healing journey.
Gifts for Coping With Anxiety
I’m all for useful gifts that people will actually want to use rather than forget about in a corner somewhere. That’s why the next section on this list of gifts for people with anxiety is items that help you cope with anxiety. Anxiety is not fun to deal with but there are tools that can make it easier to navigate. Read on for the best items for coping with anxiety that I could find!
52 Essential Coping Skills On The Go
The next item on our list of gifts for people with anxiety is this deck of 52 essential coping skills. This award-winning “game” combines meditation, CBT, and somatic exercises that help with organization, confidence, and focus. Not only are these coping skills cards great for building skills for coping with anxiety, they also help with overcoming disappointment, procrastination, anger, impulsiveness, burnout, addiction, and more. Despite their small size, these coping skills cards truly have a lot to offer. You can also get card sets from the Mind Brain Emotion Store to help with conversation starters, critical thinking, emotional intelligence, and multiple other vital life skills.
A Shower Diffuser for Those Steamy Anxiety-Fighting Sessions
Since I was a kid, long and steamy showers have been my go-to coping mechanism. Of course, I didn’t have any concept that it was a coping mechanism at the time but now I recognize it for what it is. There’s something about a really hot shower that helps me process things and ground myself. Over the years I’ve learned that adding essential oil shower steamers to those showers is also a very helpful tool. Being able to focus on the scent as it unwinds in the steam calms me down and helps me ground faster. However, shower steamers can also take a long time to dissolve which leaves you deciding whether or not to waste the rest of the shower steamer or waste more water.
That’s why this shower diffuser is such a great gift for someone with anxiety. Each Lifelines shower diffuser comes with a ClickWick essential oil blend and a shower-friendly wall mount. The diffuser has a timer so simply press the button and after eight minutes, the shower diffuser will turn itself off so you don’t have to worry about leaving it on and returning to a bathroom that’s suffocating in essential oil blends. There’s no need to wait until the essential oil runs out either as you can change the scents out at any time. Don’t worry, there’s a bundle for bath lovers too. Lifelines also makes a floating bath diffuser that also makes a great gift for people with anxiety.
A Portable Mini Diffuser to Fight Anxiety On The Go
I’m not someone who puts it in my food or anything but I love essential oils and use them almost daily. I use them for a variety of things which makes it kind of suck when I’m traveling and don’t have a diffuser handy. Who just has a diffuser handy when they’re on the go? Well, you can with this portable mini diffuser! This portable diffuser requires no heat or water to diffuse the oils so you can use it anywhere. You can use this portable diffuser in your hotel room while traveling or in your car when fighting traffic-induced rage. It has three hours of battery life and comes with a USB charger, making this mini diffuser ultra convenient.
Pro tip: Each mini diffuser only comes with five cotton pads for the essential oil. If you’re giving this as a gift, make their joy last longer by giving them extra cotton pads as well. If you order these, you can get them in other colors to add a little dopamine to that diffuser!
Win The Fight Against Anxiety With a Weighted Body Pillow
A weighted body pillow can be a great tool for managing anxiety. They provide deep pressure and sensory feedback that can help calm the nervous system. This weighted body pillow has an ergonomic design that can help you sleep more comfortably, and a better rested brain often results in a less anxious brain. Another great feature of this weighted body pillow is the cooling fabric it’s made from which helps your body temperature stay regulated. It has a removable cover that’s easy to wash and comes in three different weights: 5.5, 6.5, or 8 pounds.
Dammit Dolls That Can Take All Your Frustration
Sometimes, you just have a build-up of frustration and anger and just need to let it all out. Enter the Dammit Doll. I admit, I totally didn’t get it when I first saw them. I didn’t understand why a weird looking doll had over 10,000 rave reviews. Then I read the poem on the Dammit Dolls and not only understood it but desperately needed one. Dammit Dolls are for all those moments you just want to yell “Dammit!” over and over again while hitting something.
Holding those feelings in can lead to an outburst somewhere else, usually when it’s even more embarrassing. But if you let those urges out in front of people, it would likely be a bit alarming for them. Let those feelings out with a hilarious Dammit Doll and suddenly the mood is lighter and you’ve had an outlet for your feelings. Don’t Dammit Dolls make so much sense now? I think they’ve definitely earned their place on this list of gifts for people with anxiety.
An Anxiety Go Bag for Anxiety Emergencies
If you’re the type of person who loves giving care packages, gift your loved one who has anxiety with an anxiety go bag! Start with a funny makeup bag like this one, then fill it with items to help your friend get through anxious moments. Add things like calming essential oil roll-ons and cute squishies that will induce a bit of dopamine while helping to relieve stress. Include breathing tools, anxiety calm down stickers, and an emergency cold pack because ice on the neck can help stop a panic attack. You can also add fidget toys that help with anxiety like worry stones or texture strips. What’s fun about this idea is that you can get creative with it by printing off an inspiring or funny quote to include in the bag or theming it to a special interest they have.
Gift Ideas for People With Anxiety That Help You Calm The F*** Down
Even with a lot of self-work and all the best coping mechanisms in place, anxiety still has a way of sneaking up on you. That’s why it’s important to have tools on hand that can help you calm down in the case of a panic attack. It sucks to have to be prepared for those moments but sometimes simply being prepared for it can relieve your anxiety. In honor of that mixed-up notion, the next section on this list of gifts for people with anxiety is items that can help you in the event of a panic attack.
Calm Breathing For a Calm Mind
Many times anxiety attacks can be induced by how we’re breathing and we don’t even realize it. Taking a moment to focus your breathing is a crucial tool in the panic-attack-fighting toolbox which is why this webe kälm breathing device is such a useful tool for people with anxiety. The webe kälm breathing device was created by doctors and provides a visual focus to guide your breathing. Webe kälm helps adults and children alike learn how to self-regulate their nervous system by effective breathing techniques. To use it, you need to inhale deeply and slowly breath to keep the ball afloat. The device emits soft white noise that works with the breathing exercises to help calm your nervous system. It is BPA-free, dishwasher safe, and comes with an antimicrobial storage bag so you won’t get the ick from it either.
A Calm Down Light That’s As Cute As It Is Helpful
Listen, a lot of the ideas in this section of gifts for people with anxiety have to do with guided breathing so I’m not going to bore you with redundancy about why I chose each item. Basically, this whole section is cute things that help with guided breathing and you’re essentially just choosing which cute guided breathing item suits your loved one with anxiety best. So that being said, our next guided breathing gift idea is this lion guided breathing light. It may look like an average yet adorable night light. However, it’s programmed with multiple breathing techniques that help you calm down, focus, or relax by breathing with the light as it ebbs on and off.
A Weighted Stuffed Animal to Help When Your Brain is Too Wiggly
As already mentioned, weighted items provide sensory feedback that can help calm anxiety. And while weighted blankets aren’t the cutest blankets ever, this weighted stuffed animal sure is cute! These cuddly stuffed animals were specially designed to feel like they’re hugging you back, something that tells me the creator of this item really did their research about deep pressure therapy. Each weighted stuffed animal is 4.5 pounds and machine washable (!!!) You can also choose between a sloth, puppy, elephant, cat, pig, or koala weighted stuffed animal so your loved one with anxiety is sure to love one of them.
Breathing Patterns Maze Boards
I don’t even care that these guided breathing maze boards are intended for a calm-down corner in an elementary school classroom. I just think they’re a really awesome tool to have on hand and it doesn’t hurt that they’re cute! There are three double-sided breathing maze boards in each box. Each side of the maze boards includes a pattern to trace while following the guided breathing dots. There are breathing patterns to help with focus, relaxation, embracing positivity, grounding, and calming.
A Sensory Immersion Set to Soothe the Anxious Soul
This sensory immersion set is a great gift for people with anxiety. The set comes with two essential oil blends, a grounding stone, a pen diffuser, and an everyday diffuser perfect for small spaces. I love how compact this sensory immersion kit is. You can keep it in your purse, backpack, or gym bag which makes it great for traveling. Having a blissful scent to focus on can be helpful when you feel anxiety creeping in so this sensory immersion set is a great addition to someone’s anxiety-fighting toolbox.
Ice Out Anxiety With Ice Therapy
It may not be the most glamorous gift but this ice therapy neck wrap could be a game changer for someone with anxiety. Research has found that applying ice to the vagus nerve on your chest or the back of your neck can slow or even stop an anxiety attack from happening. Applying ice to the vagus nerve activates it and tells your body to relax by sending signals that slow heart rate and lower blood pressure. That’s how ice can stop a panic attack and why this ice therapy neck wrap is a great gift for people with anxiety.
Cozy Things That Make Great Gifts for People With Anxiety
Sometimes we all just want to stay home but when you have anxiety, those homebody habits can have a strong hold on you. We’re not always staying home to avoid anxiety, sometimes we just need excessive downtime to recover from an anxious situation that happened. Other times we’re mentally preparing for an upcoming situation that is anxiety-inducing. Regardless of the exact reason, we tend to be at home a lot, which is why cozy gifts to lounge in are the next section on this list of gifts for people with anxiety.
A Wearable Blanket That Fits a Furry Friend
What’s better than a soft wearable blanket? A wearable blanket with a pet pocket! I guess you could put other things in there like your phone, snacks, or chapstick but if my dog fit in there, I would definitely carry him around in it. This wearable blanket is extra fuzzy and warm, making it perfect for lounging around the house. Also: it’s machine washable so you don’t need to worry about it being covered in pet fur (and smells.)
This Fleece Set Will Have You Feeling Fly From Home
Oversized sweats are a classic part of at-home leisure but it’s good for the self-confidence to feel a little cuter sometimes. That’s why this cute fleece pajama set is a great gift for women with anxiety. It’s super soft and not itchy at all (once you remove the tags.) The pants are longer than most sets you find on Amazon which is a huge plus in my book. I love that you can wear this fuzzy pajama set around the house while not being worried you’ll be seen or need to change your entire outfit before running an errand – definitely an anxiety-friendly pajama set!
Soft Strawberry Pajamas That Bring the Warmth
These sweet strawberry pajamas offer blanket-level warmth. They’re super soft and I (obviously) love that the top has pockets. With the cute strawberry print, these fuzzy pajamas are sure to bring a bit of dopamine to days spent lounging around at home. There are other print options for this pajama set as well including tulips, bears, pandas, peaches, and more. They also run a little big without being oversized so it just adds to how comfy they are.
Set a Cozy Vibe With These Gifts for People With Anxiety
When you suffer from anxiety, it’s important to take time to relax and recover from stressful events. Nothing sets a cozier vibe than soft lighting so this next section of gifts for people with anxiety is all about fun lighting and good vibes. Keep reading for more neurospicy gift ideas!
Flameless Candles: an Anxious Person’s Friend
I love the atmosphere when a bunch of candles are lit but know what I don’t love? Worrying if the flame will somehow jump out of their pretty glass prisons and start a fire if I don’t watch them close enough or remember to blow all of them out. While candles are a fun vibe, our goal is to decrease anxiety, not add to it so you know what’s more anxiety-friendly than candles? Flameless candles. You can still sit in soft lighting without any of the worries that come with open flames. These pretty flameless candles look so real and would make a great gift for someone with anxiety.
A Crystal Lamp For the Crystal Girlies
If you have a loved one with anxiety in your life who also loves crystals, they’re sure to love this pretty crystal lamp. It adds a unique touch to any room while providing a cozy atmosphere. You can choose between purple fluorite or a colorful mixed crystal variety. The crystal lamp’s size and USB power cord make it versatile so you can put it on any nightstand, desk, shelf, or anywhere else you want. It also has three dimming options which is always a great feature for neurospicy lighting needs.
A Rainbow Flameless Candle That’s Sure to Bring a Smile
We’ve already talked about the anxiety-related benefits of a flameless candle so I won’t insult you by explaining it again here. I also don’t think I need to insult your intelligence by explaining why this rainbow flameless candle is cute or why it would make a good gift for people with anxiety. What I can tell you is that this pastel rainbow candle is made from 100% real unscented wax so it still looks like a real candle. Combined with Luminara’s patented real moving flame technology, I don’t know why you don’t have this rainbow flameless candle isn’t in your cart already.

This Himalayan Salt Lamp Brings Calming and Protective Energy
There’s no scientific proof that Himalayan rock salt can help with anxiety but some do feel a calm energy around it. As a Sephardic Jew, I’m sure there’s no scientific proof that the hamsa and evil eye amulets will protect me from the evil eye but do I have them all over my house? Of course. That’s why I love that this lamp is a combination of Himalayan salt lamp and hamsa designs. This Himalayan salt lamp is handcrafted, includes a dimmer cord, and definitely belongs on this list of gifts for people with anxiety.
Gifts That Keep Anxiety at Bay by Keeping Hands Busy
When you have anxiety, it’s easy to get stuck in your own consumingly negative thoughts. You end up doom scrolling and feeling bad about yourself or worrying about the future. To break out of those negative thought cycles, it’s important to put the phone away and do something with your hands that isn’t mindless-yet-still-upsetting scrolling. So to help with that admirable mission, the next section of this list of gift ideas for people with anxiety is gifts to keep your hands busy when you need something to do.
Bead the Anxiety Away With a Fun Bead Kit
A few months ago I went into a new ADHD hobby of beading only to find it’s been helpful for my anxiety. Solid timing, too, since I went off Xanax recently. I wish I had thought to order this bead kit before impulse buying supplies at an overpriced bead store but, hey, maybe next time.
Anyway, I’ve found beading helps with my anxiety not only because it keeps my hands busy but because it feels good to be making something physical and feeling productive rather than just scrolling or playing games on my phone. Also, if you struggle with certain things in particular, you can make cute bracelets that help you reframe your thinking. For example, if you struggle with being hypercritical of yourself, make one that says “ease up” or something else that reminds you to give yourself a break. That’s just one of many examples I could give for why this bead kit is such an unexpectedly great tool for managing anxiety.
Mini Garden Sewing Kit, Big Anxiety Relief
This adorable mini garden sewing kit is a great gift for people with anxiety. Sewing can help with anxiety because it requires you to think about the task at hand and the ensuing steps rather than obsessively dwelling in your head. The different textures and materials can be grounding for some people as well. Plus, the mini garden creatures in this garden sewing set are so cute, they’re sure to bring a smile and sense of accomplishment to all who sew them.
Sort Through Your Anxiety With a Book Sorting Shelf
Sometimes when your thoughts are going crazy, sorting physical items can help you begin to process your feelings. That’s why this mini book sorting shelf is such a great gift for someone with anxiety. It’s full of miniature books you can sort any which way you like. Marvel at their tidy organization or close the cover, act like Godzilla with it, and sort them all over again. I love this book sorting shelf so much that I’ve included it on other gift guides this holiday season, too. However, recently I found this miniature version on Etsy so you can sort on the go now, too!
Pick Away at Anxiety Instead of Your Skin With This Picking Pad Kit
Many people with anxiety tend to pick at their skin or bite their nails as a way to get out nervous energy. That’s why I think picking pads are such a great fidget. You can pick your way through to find the fun items buried within them rather than biting your nails until they bleed. It’s really not a hard toss-up for me. This picking pad kit comes with the supplies to make 5 or 10 picking pads so you can design them and leave messages to yourself. Once done, you can pick through to your heart’s content.
Using Humor to Get Through Anxiety
When your brain is wired in a way that results in it not always doing what you want, often the only way to get through it is with a little humor. You can either let the anxiety make you feel silly or you can just get silly yourself. In honor of that resilience, I wanted to include some funny gift ideas as the last part of this list of gifts for people with anxiety.
This Delightful Dumpster Fire Zen Garden
This dumpster fire zen garden is hilarious. The small sandbox is full of items to arrange and sift through with the tools included. It’s a great desk or coffee table stress relief toy that will bring a bit of humor to the crappiest of days. With this funny desk zen garden, you can get the same calming effects of a regular zen garden but with the added humor of recognizing what a dumpster fire everything is as we head into 2025.
Dumpster Fire Notepads for Writing Dumpster Thoughts
While we’re talking about dumpster fires, let’s talk about this funny dumpster fire notepad set. The dumpster has multiple compartments where you can keep your pens and holds over 100 flame notecards. I think this dumpster fire notepad set is a great gift for someone with anxiety as you can write your negative thoughts on the notecards and symbolically burn them. Whether they want to use the dumpster fire notepad as a therapeutical tool is up to them but they’re sure to enjoy it no matter what.
This Funny Sign Will Tell You Like It Really Is
When you struggle with anxiety, sometimes you really just need to be reminded that your anxiety is lying to you. Even better if that reminder will make you laugh in the process which is why this funny anxiety decor sign is a great gift for people with anxiety. It’s a great reminder that not only is your anxiety lying to you, but your anxiety is a lying ass hoe. Bring laughter to your loved ones struggling with anxiety this holiday season with this sassy anxiety decor sign.
These Cute Emotional Support Nuggets
These emotional support nuggets are not only cute but they’re sure to bring a smile to whoever you gift them to. These emotional support nuggets come five to a basket. Each emotional support nugget is removable so you can carry them around with you or leave them in strategically placed locations. Not into nuggies? They also have emotional support dumplings, fries, strawberries, and more that are equally cute and smile-inducing.
