I’ve compiled a list of ADHD gift ideas that is even bigger than last year’s, with over 50 gift ideas that any adult with ADHD will love! Apologies ahead of time if this long list of ADHD gift ideas loads a bit slow. I didn’t want to be a ‘return for part 2’ villain but I worry it may be at the risk of a longer load time. Hopefully what you find on the list is worth it. If the load time is too annoyingly slow, please let me know in the comments and I will become the Part 2 Villain you need. However, if you still need even more neurodivergent gift ideas, you can find all of my neurodivergent gift guides here.

ADHD Gift Ideas: Fidget Toys
Obviously, fidget toys are going to be first on this list of ADHD gift ideas. I find it weirdly interesting to see the progression of fidget toys. They’re not just designed for kids anymore. Many are designed with office environments in mind. More of them are being made to meet different sensory preferences compared to what fidget toys were like even five years ago. There are also more classic fidgets that have been improved upon following customer feedback. I dug through Amazon and Etsy to find you the best of these new and improved fidget toys to help take your neurospicy gift-giving to the next level.
A Pen Designed For Fidgeting
Okay, this pen isn’t a fidget toy per se but it will still feel like one during the doldrums of a slow work day. Pens have long been an ADHD fidget of choice. This pen takes all the parts that are fun to fiddle with and amplifies their fidget capabilities. There’s clicking, a spinning disk, and a bouncy clip. It has a built-in switch and rolling ball. There are also multiple textures on it to satisfy those spicy sensory needs. This fun fidget pen also comes in mint, rose gold, and white to choose from. In my humble opinion, the color options make it even more ADHD-friendly than if it were plain black.
Chainmail Keychain Fidgets
A friend of mine got one of these chainmail fidgets recently and he is obsessed. When I saw him recently, he excitedly said to me, “Look what I got the other day!” The excitement in the way he said it made me think he got a new tattoo or something so I initially laughed a bit when I realized he was handing me a fidget toy. However, after playing with it for a bit, I totally get why he loves it so much. It has a nice weight to it and the way it softly shifts is super satisfying. It comes in 11 different color combinations which makes it even more fun.
The Morf Fidget Worm
At first look, this fidget toy looks pretty different from most fidget toys. It’s a bit more interactive and versatile than most fidgets. The Morf Fidget Worm can collapse, accordion, flex, and extend into different shapes. It’s made out of BPA-free plastic which is why it’s so flexible. The plastic is virtually silent as you move the fidget toy around so it won’t be disruptive in work or other quiet environments. There are five colors and two different sizes to choose from as well.
Kawaii Animal Squishies Worth Squeezing
If you’re looking for a small but affectionately silly gift, these Kawaii animal squishies are sure to be a hit. They are cute and very squishable in stressful situations. They’re made out of scent-free silicone so they are not only safe and BPA-free, but they are sensory-friendly as well! These adorable squishies come 20 to a pack so your ADHD loved one can repeatedly lose them while not running out.
Pushpeel Sensory Boards
These Pushpeel sensory boards are sensational! It was designed to give parents a screen-free alternative to entertaining their kids in public places like waiting rooms or restaurants. While designed for kids, it’s not at all surprising to me that adults have been loving it as well. The sensory board and the strings it comes with are made from silicone, making it a safe yet soft and satisfying sensory experience. Your ADHD loved one is sure to love the creativity Pushpeel sensory boards offer.
There are also multiple options for sensory boards. There are double-sided ones that offer two ways to play. You can get larger folding options to have more space to create. Also, you can get them in different shapes! There are round options, star-shaped options, and even fun shapes like strawberries, rainbows, and dinosaurs.
ONO Roller Handheld Fidget
The ONO roller fidget is another great fidget for multiple reasons. Many other fidget toys only engage a few fingers or only partially engage those fingers. The ONO roller engages your entire hand and your fingers in full motion. I also love that it comes in multiple materials and colors. You can choose between aluminum, silicone, ABS plastic, titanium, or stainless steel. It also comes in multiple colors but the options vary depending on which material you choose. This fidget toy is such a hit that it has a rating of 4.7 stars after 7,600 reviews so it’s not just me who thinks it’s awesome!
A Robust Yet Silent Fidget Spinner
Next on our list of ADHD gift ideas is this magnetic fidget slider. It’s got some nice weight to it and strong haptic feedback which makes it extra satisfying. The top piece is free-floating and the strong magnet hidden inside pulls it back into place as you fidget with it. The piece moves smoothly and silently so you can fidget away without distracting others around you.
I also love that this fidget comes with extra tools to silence the haptic feedback if it starts to get louder after prolonged use. When so many fidget toys are made out of flimsy materials, it’s great when a company makes one that’s robust enough that it can be maintained as needed rather than just falling apart. This silent fidget toy comes in either carbon fiber or glass fiber. If you opt for glass fiber, there are 10 color options you can choose from.
Minimalist Fidget Necklace
Okay, okay. I know this one also isn’t a fidget toy. While this fidget necklace may not be a toy, it is an excellent gift idea for someone who likes to fidget while wearing pretty things. I love this fidget necklace for its subtlety. It features a spinning cubic zirconia stone set in a hanging triangle pendant. No one looking at it would realize you’re wearing fidget jewelry and anyone who reads this blog knows I love a subtle stim. The chain on this beautiful minimalist necklace is 16K gold plated over brass and is anti-tarnish as well as nickel and lead free. It comes in two lengths to choose from, either 16 inches or 18 inches.
Useful Gifts for Someone With ADHD
Next on the list of ADHD gift ideas are gifts that are useful. Sure, giving useful gifts isn’t always as fun as giving them something more dopamine-inducing. However, people with ADHD are notorious impulse shoppers and those impulses rarely include getting ourselves things that may actually be helpful to us. It’s not fun to buy yourself an ADHD self-help book. But what if that self-help book could actually change our lives for the better? That’s where our loved ones can step in and help us fill the gaps.
I apologize ahead of time that this next section isn’t as colorful or fun to play with but I promise you they’re beneficial for adults living with ADHD. Your ADHD loved one may seem underwhelmed when they open it but don’t be surprised if you hear from them a couple of months later about how helpful they’ve found it.
ADHD for Smart Ass Women
If you’re gift hunting for a woman with ADHD in your life, ADHD for Smart Ass Women makes a great gift. It’s written by Tracy Otsuka, a certified ADHD coach and podcast host. She has coached thousands of women with ADHD throughout her career. Using that experience and combining it with her own ADHD experiences and cutting-edge medical research, she built an ADHD guide meant specifically for women and girls. The book is structured in a way that is easy for ADHD readers to get through before losing interest. It is a funny and innovative read which is probably why it has been all over my social media for months now.
Proven Strategies for ADHD Cleaning Hacks
Listen, I know social norms aren’t always my thing and if you’re reading this blog, chances are likely you struggle with them a bit yourself from time to time. That’s why I’ll take a moment to tell you not to casually give this book to someone who may get offended and think you’re implying they’re disgustingly messy. That’s not to say you shouldn’t give it as a gift at all, just maybe give it to someone you’ve had numerous conversations with about struggling with mess. You could also combine it with something small that’s not cleaning-related to make it more of an ADHD-themed gift and less of an accusation.
Now that that disclaimer is out of the way, this book of ADHD cleaning hacks does actually make a great gift. It’s something we’re unlikely to buy ourselves despite the fact it could make our lives easier. It includes proven strategies for maintaining a clutter-free home, even with ADHD. There are also tips for ADHD-friendly organization, staying focused while cleaning, and how to create a cleaning routine that works for you, spicy brain and all. This helpful book also has cleaning shortcuts to save you time and stress, as well as checklists to ensure no corner goes forgotten for a dust-inducing length of time.
Hydracy No Sweat Water Bottle
Every person with ADHD needs an emotional support water bottle(ESWB). We either forget to hydrate entirely, or we’re perpetually thirsty thanks to ADHD medications. Having a water bottle in our line of sight prevents us from whithering into dehydration. Give your ADHD loved one the gift of hydration with a Hydracy’s water bottle. It even has time markers to help keep you hydrated all day long.
It’s lightweight, BPA-free, shatter-resistant, leakproof, and has a lifetime warranty. It also comes with a sweatproof sleeve, a detachable carry strap, and a fruit infusion strainer. What more could you want for an ESWB?
Funny F*cking Planner Stickers
ADHD hell is full of neurotypical people asking us if we’ve tried using a planner. Trust me, we’ve tried. The problem with planners though is that we’re inconsistent with it until one day when we just never open it again, leaving it to collect a shame-filled pile of dust. Help your ADHD loved one stick with a planner in 2025 by gifting them these F*cking Planner Stickers. It comes with over 500 stickers that will make their planner usage attempts more enjoyable. With funny planner stickers, their planner may actually bring them a bit of dopamine rather than sucking their dopamine dry.
Calm Down Koala
This cute Calm Down Koala is a guided breathing light. It offers three different breathing exercises to help you calm down, focus, or sleep. The light feature guides you through the breathing exercises so you can focus on your breathing and mindfulness rather than counting. If you’re anything like me, you perpetually lose count of things so appreciate not having the burden of keeping track of time.
Guided breathing lights are a great gift for someone with ADHD. They’re two things we love: cute and colorful. We also tend to need a bit of help with emotional regulation so this is a truly useful gift. There are also many varieties so you can likely find one that fits one of your ADHD loved one’s special interests. There are owls, penguins, and bears (oh my!) Clouds, Buddhas, and lotus flowers as well.
TMJ Jaw and Neck Massager
If you have ADHD and are reading this, unclench your jaw. The fact that we need this reminder approximately 58 times a day is exactly why this TMJ Jaw and Neck Massager is on this list of gifts for people with ADHD. Our jaws are practically begging for this gift. It gently vibrates to help break up muscle tension with multiple vibration modes and levels to choose from.
ADHD Cookbook For Beginners
Cooking is difficult for many people with ADHD. All the meal planning and executive functions required often feel unmanageable. This ADHD Cookbook was designed with those difficulties in mind. It includes easy recipes that are also nutritious. Each recipe is also constructed using ingredients that boost attention and focus to naturally manage ADHD symptoms. This ADHD cookbook also includes a 14-day meal plan, shopping lists, and educational information on how different foods affect ADHD.
An Item Locator So They Never Lose Their Sanity
People with ADHD are nothing if not forgetful. I feel fairly confident the saying “you’d lose your head if it wasn’t attached” was originally said to someone with ADHD. That’s exactly why this item locator makes the perfect gift! The sensors for this item locator are thin so they can be attached to keys, phones, remotes, and whatever else is always getting lost. Neurospicy pro tip: label which color is on what sensor so you don’t have to set off every other sensor than the one you’re looking for.
Attempting to Organize ADHD
Organization isn’t a skill that comes naturally to people with ADHD. You could probably live out of what’s in our purses for a week if you really needed to. Packing for a trip? Organizational ADHD nightmare. We overpack and then can’t find anything once we get to wherever it is we’re going. That’s why this next section of ADHD gift ideas is all about items to help stay organized on the go.
An Organized Overnight Bag
This cute weekender bag is the perfect travel companion. It has a shoe compartment so you don’t need to remember to plastic bag your shoes (or remember to bring a plastic bag for your shoes.) It has multiple pockets and compartments to keep your things where you can find them. This overnight bag even has a wet pocket and a laptop pocket to truly meet all your pocket needs. But wait, there’s more (pockets)! This bag also has a luggage sleeve to hold it in place on your suitcase. And do you know what’s on that luggage sleeve? A super convenient pocket! It’s pocket heaven over here, folks.
A Gym Bag That Isn’t a Black Hole
Regular exercise is a must for managing ADHD symptoms. If you have a loved one with ADHD who loves the gym (or is trying to), streamline their home-to-hobby time with this pretty gym bag! It’s small enough that you’re not perpetually digging for things while still having room for shoes. It even has its own shoe compartment! This gym bag has plenty of pockets to make it quick and easy to find the things you need before you lose your momentum searching for said things. There is also a wet pocket to safely keep your toiletries without worrying about your shampoo leaking on everything.
Labeled Toiletry Bags
As I’ve already mentioned, packing when you have ADHD sucks. That’s why these labeled toiletry bags are a great gift for someone who loves to travel. They serve as a prompt to help break packing down into manageable steps. Once you reach your destination, you can easily find the items you’re looking for rather than having to open each bag to remember what you packed where. I also love that each bag is a different color or material. It makes it even easier to quickly find what you’re looking for, regardless of what angle it was shoved into your bag.
Replace Their Doom Bag With an Organized Backpack
A doom bag is one you slowly fill with random crap until you get a new one. Once you get a new one, you take what’s important from the old bag and leave the rest to become a mildly sad mystery for yourself in the future. Help your ADHD loved one fight the urge of the doom bag with a backpack that meets their pocket needs! This faux leather backpack has enough pockets to keep items organized without leaving enough room to turn it into an unwilling carry-all.
While it can carry a laptop up to 14 inches, unless your laptop is smaller than that it might not fit. Amazon has a pop-up warning that it’s a frequently returned item. After digging through the reviews, it seems that’s due to laptops not fitting despite the dimensions listed in the product description. Outside of that, this classic backpack is super functional and great quality for the price. It also comes in 10 color options.
Clothing Gifts for People With ADHD
People with ADHD often struggle with sensory issues. We also tend to sit and wiggle around into weird positions so we need clothes that can meet these squirrely needs. Looking to give the gift of ADHD-friendly clothing this holiday season? I’ve got you covered! Below are a few of my favorite comfy clothing items that make great ADHD gift ideas.
You can also find more neurodivergent friendly clothing recommendations in a previous blog post.
A Teddy Bear Coat That Almost Feels Like You Stayed Home
This is my favorite coat in the winter. It is warm without making me overheat and so snuggly. When you wear it, it almost feels like you’re wearing a blanket. I’ve had this teddy bear coat for four years and it’s still in good condition. The zipper has held up great as well. As I sit here writing this, I’m kind of surprised with myself that I haven’t bought it in more colors. So unlike me but there’s always this winter to right such a wrong!
Shrug Into a Sherpa Hoodie
I practically live in this soft Sherpa hoodie in the winter. My office gets so cold and quite regularly this hoodie saves me from calling it quits on the day and going to hide in my warm bed. This hoodie is thick and warm without feeling too bulky. I even layered it under a jacket last year when I was in Italy. I arrived very unprepared for it to be 20F degrees outside and this Sherpa hoodie saved my sun-loving lizard of a life.
I’ve had this for three years now and it’s held up great. My husband has even stolen it a few times which is a nice balancing act against the thousands of times I’ve stolen his hoodies.
Flannel Jammies to Lounge In
Not that I need one, but winter is a great excuse to stay home and relax. As cozy as my home is, I hate being warm under a blanket and then being frigid when I need to get up and get something. The perfect solution to that is flannel pajamas. These Victoria’s Secret flannel pajamas are so soft and comfortable that I could literally rot in them. They’re the perfect blend that keeps me warm without getting the flannel sweats. It also doesn’t hurt that these flannel jammies come in 13 different colors!
The Perfect Shirt For People Who Dilly Dally
I love this dilly dally t-shirt. I find so much of the ADHD merch out there to be wildly corny so I love coming across ADHD shirts that are actually funny. Extra points if it’s funny without just being some kind of giant “I have ADHD” flag. As you can see, this shirt by FlybycoDesigns on Etsy hits all those marks. Besides being whimsically relatable, the design is not vinyl so it won’t crack or peel in the wash. This fun t-shirt comes in five different colors to choose from and ships in 2-6 days. That means you have enough time to leave it until almost the last minute (but you probably shouldn’t).
Gifts For Cozy ADHD Living
Sure, the stereotype of people with ADHD is that we’re bouncing off the walls constantly or always seem to be out doing something. While it’s true that we do tend to regularly end up on random adventures, we also need a lot of downtime. That’s why things that create a cozy environment make such great gifts for people with ADHD. Keep reading for the coziest ADHD gift ideas!
Drowning in Dreamy Blankets
Who doesn’t love being enveloped by a soft, cozy blanket? This chenille blanket is seriously swoon-worthy for how soft it is. Chunky knit blankets like this are typically twice the price if not more, so this one is a great price for the quality. This chunky blanket has a nice weight to it without being too hot. It comes in 6 sizes and 30 different colors, making it perfect whether it’s for bed or the couch.
A Convertible Couch Caddy
This couch caddy is a couch potato’s dream. ADHD can make the smallest tasks seem overwhelming. I know it’s stupid but I find it so annoying when I need to take multiple trips to the couch because I can’t carry everything at once. These annoyances lead to executive dysfunction where moving to the couch from my bed feels like too many steps.
I need to take my phone and chapstick. I’ll need something to drink and eventually some snacks as well. There are remotes to keep track of and I’m the adult so I’m the one who ultimately has to clean up anything I take out. Some days it’s hard not to say screw it and just stay in bed.
Enter the couch caddy! It has cup holders and various pockets so you can carry everything you need at once. This convertible couch caddy can be reconfigured to fit different couch shapes or fit on your lap. The base has an anti-slip lining so it’s harder for you to knock over. Also, the cover is machine washable which is very convenient, and convenience is wildly ADHD-friendly.
Raccoon It Up In a Wearable Blanket
We ADHDers are nothing if not in touch with our inner child. Support our love of whimsical and silly things by giving this raccoon wearable blanket to your ADHD loved one this holiday season. It’s super soft and some reviewers even say it helps with their anxiety. Basically, it’s like wearing a weighted blanket while being dressed like a whimsical woodland creature. If trash pandas aren’t your thing, there are frogs, pandas, cows, giraffes, and even avocados to choose from!
Have a Whale of a Time With This Flameless Candle
Like I said, we love whimsical which is why this flameless whale candle is next on this list of gifts for people with ADHD. The LED flame flickers in a way that mimics real candle flames without the stress of remembering to blow it out. In fact, you don’t even need to remember to turn this candle off at all because it has a timer for 5 hours on, 19 hours off. The flicker of the flame makes any environment more cozy while being whale-y adorable. (I’m so sorry.)
Games to Bring Out Their Competitive Side
People with ADHD tend to love playing games and being competitive. This holiday season give your ADHD loved one a gift that will bring them many happy memories for years to come. I’ve rounded up some of the most loved games of 2024 for this list of ADHD gift ideas.
I Should Have Known That
Put all of that random ADHD knowledge to the test with this entertaining trivia game. You lose points for every incorrect answer which is sure to be infuriating in the most fun way possible. This trivia game has a 4.5 star rating out of over 32,000 reviews so your friends are sure to love it.
The Chameleon
The Chameleon is a board game for 3-8 players. In this hilarious board game, there’s a secret word that everyone but the player with the chameleon card knows. The chameleon is pretending to know the word too and it’s your job to figure out who the chameleon is. It’s easy to learn and only 15 minutes to play so it’s quick fun without a big time commitment.
It’s a Date!
It’s a Date! isn’t exactly a game but it is fun! It contains 40 scratch-off date ideas for couples. People with ADHD often feel overwhelmed by open-ended decisions or the demand avoidance of planning a date. With the fun suggestions on these scratch-off cards, those difficulties can be avoided. Whether your partner has ADHD or your favorite couple is a neurospicy one, they’re sure to love this date night game.
Surprise Fun Time
Don’t worry, Surprise Fun Time is family friendly. As you go through the cards, the story changes with hilarious twists and turns. While playing this game you’ll be asked things like “What’s more fun, squirrel throwing or cuddle roulette?” Ridiculous arguments ensue which is perfect for the ADHD brain that loves to argue for dopamine.
Super Skills
Super Skills is the perfect game for competitive people. It includes 120 different challenge cards and all the supplies you need to complete them. Super Skills has four different game modes so you can play by yourself, against someone else, or in teams. You have to win 10 challenges to win the game so it’s sure to bring out the most competitive spirits!
Drunk, Stoned, or Stupid
Drunk, Stoned, or Stupid is about to be your new favorite party game. The game comes with 250 prompt cards. Each prompt will ask you who is most likely to do what is written on the card. Prepare to be called out in hilarious fashion while calling out your friends.
ADHD Gift Ideas For Something to Do
When you have ADHD, you’re perpetually doing something with your hands. Personally, it helps my auditory processing if I’m fidgeting with something. However, ultimately this results in me spending too much time doom scrolling on my phone while taking downtime in front of the TV. I know I’m not the only one which is why the following items on the list make perfect ADHD gift ideas.
Foldology Origami Puzzles
Foldology is a fun origami puzzle game. It’s small and not a huge time investment which makes it great for fidgeting in front of the TV or while traveling. Every Foldology puzzle includes a photo on it and you’re trying to figure out how to fold the puzzle to display the photo. Each Foldology box includes hours of entertainment as it contains 100 puzzles with 5 different difficulty levels.
Beading Kits Aren’t Just for Swifties
My most recent ADHD hobby is making bracelets and beading. No, I’m not preparing for a Taylor Swift concert. Yes, one of my friends was preparing for one and said it was helpful for her anxiety so now I’m on the friendship bracelet wagon as well. This bead kit is a great starter box that has everything you need to get beading. Your ADHD loved one is sure to love the hours of entertainment and creativity this gift brings, so what are you waiting for? Order this cute bead set now before you blink and it’s suddenly Christmas Eve.
A Sewing Kit That’s Too Adorable Not to Love
This mini animals sewing kit is a great gift for someone with ADHD. First off, it’s so adorable it would be impossible for them not to love it. Secondly, it’s a fun sewing craft that doesn’t involve any decision making beyond deciding which animal you’re going to sew. We love crafts that don’t give us decision exhaustion! Also, because it’s intended for kids, the instructions in the sewing kit are really simple, making them very ADHD-friendly.
Cats Cradle For The Gift of Nostalgia
I admit it. This Cats Cradle set is on here because I saw it while researching for this blog and instantly wanted it. Given, this whole list is either stuff I have or stuff I want though, so I guess that’s still on neurospicy brand. The fact that Klutz has been making this since the ’90s should tell you everything you need to know about how awesome it is. Cats Cradle promises hours of entertainment as it is easy to carry around and the book includes illustrated, easy-to-follow instructions.
Mini Blocks Treehouse Building Set
Lately, when I’m not making bracelets, I’m building a mini blocks set of some kind. I’m obsessed. I love how small and cute everything is and find building them so satisfying. I have a few different sets because there are so many fun options. These make a great gift for someone with ADHD because you can choose a set related to their special interests. Beyond this adorable treehouse, there are castles, skylines, famous landmarks, art pieces, dinosaur museums (yes, I have this one), and scenes for Christmas lovers. You can even build Hogwarts or Central Perk from Friends!
A Life-Size Dog They Don’t Have to Take Care of
While we’re on the topic of building things, did you know you can give someone a life-sized corgi without all the obligations of being a pet owner? They’ll have to put it together of course but who wouldn’t want to build a life-size corgi out of mini blocks? Not a corgi fan? No problem because you can also build a life-size pomeranian! Personally, I want to build both and am just waiting for someone to enable me.
A Wall Art Elephant Building Set
Life-size corgi a bit too life-sized? Don’t worry, I’ve still got ADHD gift ideas for you! Like this awesome elephant building set that can be hung as wall art. The set includes special hanging elements and collage tools to make hanging it easy. This wall art building set will provide hours of entertainment while putting it together and then endless enjoyment as a fun and unique piece of decor.
Lego Wall Art Birds
Like the idea of a wall art building set but want something that’s less obviously Legos? Then this bird wall art Lego set is the perfect gift for your ADHD loved one. The colorful Macaw parrots are fun to build and add a fun flare to any room. This Lego wall art set is specially designed to hang on the wall and comes with everything you need to hang it easily.
ADHD Gift Ideas for Sensory Friendly Lighting
People with ADHD can have sensory issues that can result in them feeling overwhelmed. Often, “the big light” (aka the main light in a room) can feel oppressive and painfully bright. As a result, people with ADHD frequently opt for what I refer to as secondary lighting options. Secondary lighting options include things like fairy lights, whimsical lamps, LED strips, and anything else that offers a softer light and a dose of dopamine. That’s why this next section of ADHD gift ideas is all about ADHD-friendly lights.
A Cute Kerosene Lamp That Helps With Transitions
While this kerosene lamp is very adorable, that’s not the only reason I’m including it on this list of ADHD gift ideas. This cozy little light is dimmable and has two modes as well as a 15-minute timer. People with ADHD often lose track of time and struggle to transition between tasks. That’s why this lamp can be a useful tool as well as a cute lighting feature. The timer can be used to help keep track of how much time has passed. It can also serve as a transition tool by giving you time to prepare for the transition without an hour slipping by.
This Unique Rainbow Projection Lamp Sure to Soothe Rowdy ADHDers
Next up on this list of ADHD gift ideas is this rainbow projector light. I love how fun and unique this rainbow projector lamp is. When it’s turned off, it’s an unimposing white arch. Once you turn it on, the lamp comes to life projecting a rainbow across the wall. You can choose between a USB plug or batteries which makes it convenient and not stuck in one location. This rainbow lamp turns off automatically after 10 minutes so you don’t need to remember to turn it off or worry about leaving it on too long and causing the lamp to fade. The timer also means it makes a helpful time tracking and transition tool.
Whimsical Mushroom Lighting For Vibes
This dimmable and rechargeable mushroom night light is adorable. As much as I love secondary lighting, what I hate about it is that it often requires me to get up to turn it on or off. That’s why it’s great that this mushroom light comes with a remote! From the remote, you can change the mushroom light between 16 color options, 5 brightness levels, and 4 light modes.
Don’t worry, if you lose the remote it won’t be stuck in one color forever. You can also control the power, color options, and light modes using its simple tap feature. It’s made from silicone so is super soft, which is definitely a neurodivergent sensory plus. This lamp also comes in other styles including a donut, capybara, birthday cake, bunny, and more so go take a look at their cuteness.
Squeeze the Light Out of This Gummy Bear Lamp
Is it redundant of me to keep telling you things are cute when you can so clearly see for yourself how cute they are? Probably, but I don’t care. Look how cute this squeezable gummy bear light is! Simply squeeze it and it lights right up. If that’s not enough reason to love this squishy gummy bear light, you can carry it around or mount it on the wall. It comes in six different colors to choose from to light up any room. The gummy bear light also has a 60-minute timer and lasts 15 hours off a single charge with no cables to get tangled in.
Colorful Flameless Candles for a Cozy but Safe Vibe
Candles are such a cozy secondary lighting option. However, open flames are not that great to have around forgetful people. Cue flameless candles! Flameless candles offer the same cozy vibe without all the risk of burning your house down. That’s why these color-changing flameless candles make a great gift for someone with ADHD. They are rechargeable so no need to remember if you have batteries for them or not. They come with a remote control to choose between 12 color options and multiple light modes, adjust the brightness, or set a timer.
I know that Amazon pops up with a ‘frequently returned item’ warning but all of the negative reviews I read were related to the wall accent lights, not these cute little candles.
ADHD Gift Ideas For People With Hobbies
Sadly (or maybe finally) we’ve come to the final section of our ADHD gift ideas list. If you’re shopping for a gift for an adult with ADHD, why not get them something related to one of their hobbies? To help with your gift hunt, here are some ADHD gift ideas for you related to various hobbies.
An Arch Light With a Built-In Phone Holder for Artists and Content Creators
While created with nail techs in mind, this arch light would also be a great gift for artists and content creators. It has a 180-degree spotlight that brightens up your entire workspace. With its built-in phone holder, it’s easy to take videos showing the creative process. Jewelry makers can show the process behind making a piece. Artists can show how a piece comes to life. Maybe your ADHD loved one is an artist trying to get more followers on social media. Maybe they sell jewelry on Etsy, where videos can drastically increase your sales.
Gifting them this light arch shows you support what they’re doing and it can help them grow their small business. This light arch is also foldable which makes it great for content creators in a variety of topics such as skin care, tattoos, photography, threading, and so much more.
Get Candids With the Kodak Printomatic Camera
The Kodak Printomatic is a great gift even if photography isn’t their hobby. It’s a digital camera with an instant printer. The point-and-shoot camera gives all the vibes of a disposable camera with none of the wait time. Kodak Printomatic photos are printed on a special type of photo paper so no film or ink cartridges are required. Unlike Polaroid cameras of the past, these prints aren’t grainy and dull. They are full color, smudge free, and water and tear resistant. The photo paper is stick-back paper so you can slap those babies anywhere your heart desires, which is admittedly a sea of wildly random possibilities to the ADHD brain.

Dock & Bay Picnic Blankets For People Who Spend Time Outdoors
This Dock & Bay picnic blanket is an adorable gift for anyone who likes to spend time outside, even if it’s in their own yard. This colorful picnic blanket is made of recycled materials that make it quick to dry and water resistant. It easily folds up to fit into a small bag to carry it in. This makes it a great ADHD gift because you don’t even have to remember to pack it. It’s small enough to keep in your bag to have when you need it. It’s machine washable and can go in the dryer so cleaning it is a breeze. There are two sizes and eight cute prints to choose from.
Bic Body Markers for the ADHD Doodler In Your Life
Where were these Bic temporary tattoo markers during my teenage and college years? These body markers are so fun for doodling in class, attending sports events and festivals, or testing potential tattoos before making them permanent. The markers comply with cosmetic regulations so they’re safe for the skin. Each box of temporary tattoo markers comes with eight colors and a few stencils in it. There is also a Pride pack option with 11 colors and Pride-themed stencils in it. The ink lasts for about four days so designs will last all Pride weekend long!
