Getting (and Staying Productive) With ADHD
ChatGPT prompts for ADHD can be a helpful tool for getting yourself unstuck and making tasks feel manageable. While a helpful tool, it’s definitely not a cure-all for managing ADHD symptoms. If you’re like me, anything on a screen is only minimally helpful, and for me to retain it or be consistent with it, I need something physical. I love a physical to-do list, habit tracker, or routine builder where I can get the dopamine boost of crossing things off when I’ve completed them. Plus, I’m more likely to be consistent with something I see daily on my desk as opposed to on a screen that I can X out of.
If you’re like me and need something physical to help guide your productivity, I recently uploaded a dopamine-friendly productivity bundle to my Etsy store! It’s not another AI-created bundle where every page looks the same. I literally spent a year slowly working on it before I was ready to upload it. It’s full of different types of productivity planners, meal planners, goal breakdowns, task paralysis guidance, and more. It’s also full of colorful, cute, Kawaii-themed designs so that you actually want to keep using them rather than getting bored with yet another printable after two weeks of using it. You can find it on my Etsy store here. I hope it helps!
